About Horizon Club

Welcome to Hearsall Community Academy’s Childcare Provision – Before and After School Club. Hearsall Horizon Club provides a high quality out-of-school hours childcare for our parents. It provides a range of stimulating and creative activities in a safe environment for children aged 3-11 years.

Children are warmly welcomed to the Club by qualified and experienced staff, who strive to uphold Hearsall Community Academy School’s aim, “Together we achieve individually we grow”

Times and Prices

Before School Club – 7:45-8:45 Price: £4.50 per session (Breakfast Included) (Ladybirds &Nursery children price – £3.75 per session)

After School Club – 3:15pm-6:00pm Price: £7:50 (Ladybirds &Nursery Children £7.00)
We offer a discount for booking both session of £11.00.
(Ladybirds & Nursery Children discount for both session is £9.75)

Bookings

Bookings have to be made online by emailing me at paula.reeve@hearsallacademy.org. All spaces are booked half termly and will be invoiced for fully and monthly within that half term. If you require additional spaces or need to cancel spaces a weeks notice is required. If payment for these spaces has been accepted then a credit in the next half term will be offered.

We accept payment for fees by online School Gateway, Cash and Childcare Vouchers. The companies we have are

Children can bring healthy snacks, including drinks.
