Year 1 had a special visitor in the Autumn Term who spoke to them about what school was like in the 1950’s. The children found out about the similarities and differences between school then and now.
The children created some fantastic art work of a school playground in the style of Lowry.
They all enjoyed visiting St John’s Museum in Warwick and learnt a lot about schools in the past. They even got the chance to dress up as Victorian school children and have a lesson in a real Victorian school room!
