Our P.E. days are Monday and Thursday. We strongly suggest that children keep their P.E. kit in school to avoid forgetting it. We will then remind children to take their P.E. kits home each half-term holiday for washing.

The children receive weekly homework in both English and Maths. English homework is always set in their homework books and their maths homework is set online on Mathletics. These are always set based on the learning that has taken place in the week. Homework is set on a Friday and the books must be handed in by the following Wednesday. If you find that your child is struggling with any of the activities, please do not hesitate to contact us either in person or via Class Dojo.

Year 5 are also set weekly spellings on a Friday. These will be tested on the following Friday and are linked to the KS2 word lists set by the government. Any opportunities to practise and look at these words, alongside consolidating knowledge of maths times tables up to 12 x 12 would be very beneficial to your children.
